How long does Cubey delivery take?

Most Cubey mattresses arrive within 2–7 business days.

Does Cubey ship across Canada and the United States?

Yes. Cubey currently ships throughout Canada and the continental United States.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If it's safe to do so, the courier may leave your package at your door. Otherwise, another delivery attempt will usually be made. After multiple attempts, your mattress may be held at the courier's nearest pickup location.

What should I do if my mattress arrives damaged?

If your box appears damaged, take photos before opening it and contact our support team as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Can I schedule my mattress delivery?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee specific delivery times. However, we can often delay shipping slightly if you'd like your mattress to arrive closer to a particular date.

Are Cubey mattress boxes heavy?

Not necessarily. Depending on the size you order and how strong you are, the box can be considered heavy. Check out the weight of your mattress on our product page.

Does Cubey offer in-home setup?

No. At this time, Cubey does not offer white-glove delivery or setup services.

What should I do with my old mattress?

Many municipalities offer curbside mattress collection. If yours doesn't, check with your local recycling or waste management program.

How do I unbox my Cubey mattress?

Simply place the box in your bedroom, remove the compressed mattress, carefully cut away the plastic wrapping, and allow the mattress to expand.

When can I sleep on my new mattress?

You can sleep on your Cubey mattress immediately after unboxing. Full expansion typically takes up to 48 hours.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Warranty & Returns

Does Cubey offer a sleep trial?

No. Sleep trials that you see with most mattress companies are extremely costly to the company which results in them raising their retail price to take this cost into account. Only a small percentage of shoppers actually return the mattress, so sleep trials really just result in you paying more for nothing. This is why we do not offer a sleep trial.

How do returns work?

If you want to return your mattress within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's still in the box you can schedule a free return with us.

Will I receive a full refund?

If your return meets the requirements you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been completed, refunds are typically processed within a few business days depending on your financial institution.

The gel infused polyfoam is designed to maintain its shape and support for years under normal use but ofcourse overtime a mattress will soften a bit from normal wear and tear.

How much weight can the Cubey Mattress support?

The Cubey Mattress is designed to comfortably support up to approximately 600 lbs of combined sleeper weight.

What type of foundation should I use?

The Cubey Mattress works with platform beds, slatted bed frames, solid foundations, box springs, and adjustable bases.
