Cubey Sleep 10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty

At Cubey Sleep, we stand behind the quality of every mattress we make. That's why every Cubey Mattress is backed by our 10-Year Limited Warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your province, state, or jurisdiction.

A. What Products Are Covered?

This warranty applies only to Cubey Sleep mattresses that:

• Were purchased directly from Cubey Sleep or an authorized retailer.

• Are located in Canada or the continental United States.

• Are used for normal residential purposes.

Your mattress must be used on a supportive foundation or bed frame that is capable of supporting both the mattress and its occupants. Damage caused by an improper foundation is not covered under this warranty.

B. Who Is Covered?

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty is non-transferable and ends if ownership of the mattress changes.

C. Warranty Coverage

Cubey Sleep warrants your mattress against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original purchase date, provided the mattress has been used under normal residential conditions.

If a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Cubey Sleep will, at its discretion:

• Repair the mattress, or

• Replace the mattress with the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.

Replacement mattresses do not restart the warranty period. The original warranty expiration date remains in effect.

D. What Is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

Foam Cracking or Splitting

Cracks or splits in the foam that occur under normal use and proper handling.

Manufacturing Defects

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the performance of the mattress.

E. What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal softening of the foam over time.

• Changes in comfort preference.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, burns, cuts, stains, liquid damage, or improper handling.

• Damage caused by an unsupported or improper foundation.

• Mold caused by environmental conditions.

• Mattresses that have been modified or altered.

• Mattresses purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.

• Mattresses sold as floor models, comfort returns, used, refurbished, or "as-is."

F. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your mattress has a manufacturing defect, please contact Cubey Sleep and provide:

• Your proof of purchase.

• Photos showing the defect.

• A brief description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, Cubey Sleep will arrange the appropriate repair or replacement at no cost to you.

G. Your Responsibilities

To remain eligible for warranty coverage, you must:

• Use the mattress on a proper, supportive foundation.

• Follow the care instructions provided by Cubey Sleep.

• Provide proof of purchase upon request.

• Allow Cubey Sleep to inspect the mattress through photographs or additional information before a warranty decision is made.

H. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Cubey Sleep.

Cubey Sleep's responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to repairing or replacing the defective mattress, at our discretion.

Cubey Sleep is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the mattress, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Our maximum liability under this warranty will never exceed the original purchase price of the mattress.

Some provinces, states, or jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
